PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The electric stop valve is assembled by a multi turn electric actuator and a stop valve. Take the (220V, 380V) power supply as the power, accept the industrial signal command, drive the valve stem to rotate and drive the valve plate to rise and fall to complete the opening and closing of the valve. It is applicable to pipelines under various working conditions in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer and electric power industries. As a medium, it has some advantages of its own structure. The valve body and valve plate are precision cast, with no friction and small opening and closing torque, and has the characteristics of wear resistance and erosion resistance.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The valve body and valve plate are made of precision casting. The switch has no friction and small opening and closing torque. It has the characteristics of wear resistance and erosion resistance.
2. Compact structure, reasonable design, good valve rigidity, smooth channel and small flow resistance coefficient.
3. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and cemented carbide, with long service life.
4. Flexible graphite packing is adopted, with reliable sealing and light and flexible operation.
5. The intelligent operation of multi rotation electric actuator fully reflects and implements the scientific and technological control of the valve.
6. It is widely used as the opening and closing device to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline on the oil and steam pipelines of petrochemical and thermal power plants.
