PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The fine and small pneumatic single seat regulating valve is composed of pneumatic multi spring membrane actuator and low flow resistance straight through single seat valve. The single seat valve body is directly connected to the guide structure on the single seat cover. The valve core is a plunger structure, driven by compressed air and driven by receiving industrial signals to drive the operation of valve stem and valve core to realize flow control and regulation. It is suitable for strict leakage requirements The pressure difference before and after the valve is low and has a certain viscosity and contains a small amount of fiber medium.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. It is composed of pneumatic multi spring actuator and fine and small valve body. Simple assembly, smooth flow channel and large flow coefficient;
2. It is suitable for occasions with strict leakage requirements, low pressure difference before and after the valve, certain viscosity and a small amount of fiber medium;
3. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel surfacing stellite alloy, titanium and corrosion-resistant alloy, with wear resistance and good corrosion resistance;
4. The temperature can be selected from - 20 ℃ - 200 ℃, - 40 ℃ ~ 450 ℃ and - 40 ℃ - 540 ℃ according to the actual use.
