PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The butterfly plate of electric rubber lined flange butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline and is composed of rubber sealed butterfly valve, carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and valve stem. The electric rubber lined butterfly valve not only has excellent anti-corrosion, (alkali and salt resistance, weak acid corrosion resistance) wear resistance and wear reduction performance. Compared with the ordinary butterfly valve, the service life can be significantly prolonged, and has the characteristics of non-toxic, antibacterial and mildew proof. It also has the outstanding advantages of small operating torque, convenient maintenance and beautiful appearance. The valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. It is suitable for water supply and drainage and gas pipelines such as food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, light textile and papermaking to regulate the flow and intercept the medium.
MAIN FEATURES
1. The rubber lining without pin ensures the complete isolation of medium and metal, and improves the reliability of products.
2. The sealing surface has good wear resistance (the wear resistance of rubber is seven times that of copper).
3. It can be installed at any position and easy to maintain.
4. The seals can be replaced with reliable sealing performance to achieve two-way sealing and zero leakage.
5. The rubber material has no toxicity, and is antibacterial and mildew resistant.
