PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Electric fluorine lined ball valve has an important position in modern anti-corrosion industry. It is composed of intelligent electric actuator and fluorine lined ball valve. The structure of ball valve is divided into floating type and fixed type. The inner cavity and ball core of the valve body are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging resistant polyperfluoroethylene by high-pressure injection molding process, so it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, small resistance, stable and reliable action, etc. It is especially suitable for pipelines with organic acid, sulfuric acid, concentrated acid, aqua regia, alkali and some corrosive liquid media. Driven by (220V, 380V) power supply, receive (4 ~ 20mA) industrial instrument signals, push the valve rod to drive the ball center to rotate to complete the switching and adjustment of ball valve.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Fluorine lined ball valve body cavity, ball center and all parts in contact with the medium are fully lined with 3mm thick Teflon material, which has good acid-base resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. The implementation configuration can be reasonably selected according to the field use conditions, such as intelligent regulation type, intelligent switch type, remote control of actuator with automatic reset, explosion-proof function, etc.
