PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Electric plastic ball valve is supported by electric actuator and plastic ball valve. It has the advantages of light weight, compact and beautiful structure, strong corrosion resistance and so on. It is widely used in many fields, such as general pure water and raw drinking water pipeline system, drainage and sewage pipeline system, brine and seawater pipeline system, acid-base and chemical solution system and so on. The electric actuator adopts integrated design. It can directly adjust the switching value by inputting 220V power supply. It can also have built-in servo module. It can control the operation by inputting control signal (4 ~ 20mADC or 1 ~ 5VDC) and single-phase power supply.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. The two-way two-way command is adopted, which can be used as the command and valve at the same time. The ball valve can be closed without shutdown of the equipment pipeline in the front section, and the command can be removed for engineering maintenance in the rear section.

2. With chemical corrosion resistance, the O-ring with FPM or EPDM at the end can prevent the corrosion of most chemicals with the use of PTFE cushion.

3. The tightness of the valve seat can be adjusted appropriately, the pipe wall is clean and smooth, and has small friction resistance and adhesion when transporting fluid.

4. The flame retardant performance is self extinguishing and low heat conductivity, which is about 1 / 200 of that of steel. Light weight, equivalent to 1 / 5 of steel pipe and 1 / 6 of copper pipe.

5. The content of heavy ions in the medium reaches the standard of ultrapure water, and the hygienic indexes meet the requirements of hygienic standards.

6. Excellent aging resistance and UV resistance make the normal service life much longer than that of other pipeline systems.
