PRODUCT OVERVIEW
QT series explosion-proof electric actuators are used to control valves with rotation less than 360 ° and similar products, such as electrical valves, ball valves, dampers, baffle valves, plug valves, shutter valves, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, water treatment, shipbuilding, pharmacy, papermaking, heating, refrigeration, light industry and other industries. It uses 380V / 220V / 110V AC power supply as the driving power supply and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal. It can move the valve to the required position and realize its automatic control. The maximum output torque is 5000n. M. (the product has obtained CE and explosion-proof certification)
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Housing - lightweight due to the use of high-quality aluminum alloy. The inner and outer surfaces are anodized and the outer surface is coated with polyester powder, which has strong corrosion resistance.
2. Motor - SPG squirrel cage motor with large output torque and built-in thermal protection switch for temperature control can prevent damage to the motor.
3. Driven structure - when power is not available, pull the clutch handle for manual operation. When energized, the clutch will reset automatically.
4. Position indicator - the indicator is mounted on the central shaft to observe the valve position. And there is an indicator light (SLU) to choose from.
5. Dryer - used to control the temperature, prevent moisture condensation in the actuator and keep the internal electrical components dry.
6. Limit switch - controlled by cam mechanism, simple adjustment mechanism can set the position accurately and conveniently.
7. Torque switch (except qt-008) - provides overload protection to prevent damage to the motor. (it is set before leaving the factory. Please do not change the setting arbitrarily).
8. Self locking - it has self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation, and the rotating part is stable and reliable.
9. Installation - the bottom installation dimension meets the international standard ISO5211. The drive shaft sleeve can be removed and processed according to needs, with strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
10. Wiring terminal - the line layout is compact and reasonable, the diameter of the wiring terminal is 2.5mm, the pressure is large, and the connection is firm.
11. Worm gear - adopt concave gear design, with large contact surface with worm, large transmission torque, stable and wear-resistant, and long service life.
12. PCU board - the structure is compact and reasonable, and the PCU board is built into the casing.
